My name is Leo Fischer, owner of Fischer Residential Construction LLC. I was born and raised in Appleton, Wisconsin, where I developed an early appreciation for hands‑on work and residential construction. After graduating from Appleton North High School, I began working in the construction industry with a local residential builder, gaining practical, on‑site experience and learning the value of quality workmanship and craftsmanship.
After three years in the field, I chose to further expand my knowledge by continuing my education at Fox Valley Technical College, where I earned a technical certificate in Construction Small Business Management. This experience allowed me to connect my hands‑on trade skills with the business side of residential construction, including estimating, scheduling, project coordination, and overall job management. Combining real‑world experience with formal training has given me a well‑rounded understanding of how successful residential projects come together from start to finish.
Residential construction has always been more than just a job to me, it is something I take genuine pride and passion in. My goal is to serve the local community through dedicated workmanship, clear communication, and consistent attention to detail on every project. I approach each job with professionalism, care, and a strong commitment to quality results on every project.
Outside of work, a strong commitment to faith, family, and meaningful relationships remains an important part of my life. I value time spent enjoying music, being outdoors, hunting and fishing, and traveling whenever possible. Building genuine connections and engaging in thoughtful, positive conversation is something I truly appreciate, both personally and professionally, and it reflects how I approach every relationship and project.
